We measure impact
in social
organizations.

We support organizations, NGOs and sustainability areas in clarifying purpose and strategy and measuring impact. We combine classical evaluation (SROI, theory of change) with our own framework of lucid trust.

Impact

What changes in reality.

Coherence

What aligns purpose, language and action.

Institutional lucidity

The capacity to see — even what is uncomfortable — in order to change.

001 — Opening
The challenge.

Producing impact is not easy. Many organizations act with genuine commitment but cannot see clearly the impact they produce, nor strengthen it from that understanding.

  • Impact that is not measured, or that is not presented with clarity.
  • Reports that are absent, incomprehensible, or that comply formally without capturing reality.
  • Organizations that do much but do not understand how their purpose translates into change.
Time, tools, method or resources are usually missing. Institutional conditions are also missing — the conditions that allow difficult information to circulate and produce learning.
002 — Challenge
Three dimensions that reinforce each other.

Criteria for understanding and measuring that strengthen one another. Each is worked with distinct instruments.

Focus 01

Clarified purpose

Before measuring, one must know what is being measured and what for. We connect mission, governance and indicators along a single legible axis.

Focus 02

Demonstrable impact

Recognized indicators can be added to the lucid-trust diagnosis for presentation to authorities, boards, donors and community. The method has its own approach for understanding, measuring and strengthening.

Focus 03

Strengthened coherence

Coherence between language, purpose and action: an aligned organization, strengthened in its internal trust and committed to its real purpose.

003 — Observe
Five
steps.

Built on participatory methodologies. Each step builds clarity in purpose, internal map, coherence, trust and impact. Each delivers a concrete result that can be used as feedback.

01 · Diagnosis

Lucid-trust diagnosis

Clarification of purpose, coherence, governance (relations and handling of power), information and the organization's critical capacity.

02 · Evaluation

Impact evaluation

Building impact through clear indicators that speak to other recognized models.

03 · Reports

Reports for decisions

Findings turned into clear narratives, internal and contextual maps — useful and actionable for strengthening.

04 · Support

Strategic support

We strengthen capacities to understand, manage, measure — and so to decide better and account with integrity.

05 · Learning

Institutional learning

Reflection, critical work and continuous improvement to sustain impact.

004 — Process

The lucid-trust framework.

Confianza e Impacto rests on the lucid-trust paradigm, developed from a philosophical, organizational and social-transformation perspective. It combines an understanding of complexity, organizational uncertainty, impact evaluation, theory of change, institutional governance, critical thinking and an ethics of care and responsibility.

For whom.

We work with organizations already producing real change — that need to see it, communicate it and deepen it.
